Until our Concierge Lafé is fully developed, you will find carefully selected and personally tested activities that are fun for both children and parents - directly through our website.
Of course, we're here to help you every step of the way to make your holiday completely relaxing. Instead of hours of research, you'll quickly receive suitable recommendations – far from the crowds of mass tourism.
Whether paid or free: We'll show you the best spots and experiences.
Our goal is to provide you as a family with a relaxing holiday filled with shared highlights - simply planned and full of special moments!

Dolphin watching followed by ice cream or dinner
Sleep in and head to Calheta after breakfast. The tour departs at 9:30 am or 1:30 pm – arrive 30 minutes early for the safety briefing. You'll board a speedboat, which is great fun for kids and where you'll barely feel the waves. Your ocean safari is a 2-hour guided tour: spotters will help you find dolphins, and if you're lucky, whales will cross your path. Marine biologists will give you insights into the lives and behavior of these animals. Afterward, we recommend the Manifattura di Gelato restaurant right on Calheta's harbor – perfect for a drink, coffee, ice cream, pizza, or salad. No reservation is necessary.

Experience Madeira's beauty from the sea. Sail along the breathtaking coastline, take a refreshing dip in the ocean, and enjoy the tranquility. We depart from Funchal Marina and sail towards Garajau, Calhau da Lapa, and Cabo Girão. At our destination, you can swim, snorkel, or simply relax in the sun with stunning views of the cliffs. Fruit, snacks, and welcome drinks will be served. The return journey follows the coastline for maximum enjoyment. Special medication is available to help prevent seasickness, should you be prone to it.

Family mountain bike tour
A pleasant, fun, and eco-friendly way to discover Madeira's nature and mountains. The tour begins at Pico do Areeiro, Madeira's second-highest peak at 1,818 meters, surrounded by breathtaking views. The route leads through the Montado do Pereiro Natural Park to the Levada da Serra do Faial (Camacha), continuing via Santo da Serra to the Portela viewpoint with its magnificent panorama of Porto da Cruz. The route is approximately 17 kilometers long and is considered easy, as it is mostly flat and downhill. More challenging routes and longer distances are available upon request.
